It is best to create an account before you start shopping.
Click on the “Login” button at the top of the screen.
Click on the link “Create a new account.”
You will need to enter a user name and password. You can also make up your own unique security questions. If you forget your user name and/or password you will need to know the answer to the security question in order to recover these. Otherwise it will be necessary to create a new account.
Your password must be at least six characters long. These characters may be letters, numbers, symbols or any combination of these.
Once you have created your account you will be asked to enter your shipping and billing address. If these are the same you can click on the “make the same” button to copy the billing address entered into the shipping address.
Next click the button “Save profile” so you do not need to retype this information for future orders, unless it changes.
Every time you place an order you will be asked to reconfirm the billing and shipping address information.
Add titles to your shopping cart by clicking the “buy” link alongside your item of choice.
By placing an item in the shopping cart you have not committed yourself to buying it. You can still remove any of the items as you have not yet made an actual purchase.
No item is reserved for you when it is put in the shopping cart. Only when we finalize your order offline does this occur. The online availability is updated once a day and it is possible that other customers may purchase all the available stock before you place your order.
To remove an item from your shopping cart or to reduce the number of each item that you want to buy, simply change the number in the “QTY” box and then choose “Update Shopping Cart” below.
You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on “View Shopping Cart” on the top left of your screen.
You may initiate your checkout at any time by going to your shopping cart (Click “View Shopping Cart” on the top left of your screen.) and clicking on “Checkout now” in the bottom left corner of your screen.
The next screen will ask for your credit card details. After entering the information, choose “Process Transaction.”
You will then be shown your receipt, and given the option to either print & have a copy emailed to you, or simply to be e-mailed the receipt.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped to you.
