excellent prayer rule

This is an excellent pre communion discipline adopted from rocor monastic practice. It can be shortened for lay use productively.
I would give it five stars except it uses a different (presumably latest rocor) rocor psalter translations than the Jordanville book. For those who have used Jordanville for, well, decades, are going to be faced with a difficult time, especially if they know the Psalms by heart - as they should. Would be great to have back the old translations, regardless of whether these are "improvements" to aid in use.
