When you visit bookstore@jordanville.org or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Holy Trinity Monastery Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Billing

We will pre-authorize your credit card or Paypal account at the time of your order for the total amount, including shipping and any applicable taxes. When your order ships, the charge will be finalized. We will never charge more than the amount pre-authorized at time of checkout. However, it is possible that the final charge will be lower, due to discounts applied or items that were unavailable to ship.

Import Duties & Charges

Customers are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. We are unable to anticipate what these fees will be at the time you place your order. 

Returns

You may return all new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, etc.). Please write to us using the contact form choosing department "Orders and Customer Service." Please quote your order invoice number and specify which items you want to return and the reasons for this. You will then be sent a Returns Authorization and details of how to return your purchase/purchases. Only pre-authorized returns will be credited.

Alternatively, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will then send you a returns authorization as described in the previous paragraph. You will then be notified via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

ALL returns must be authorized in advance.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that are sold in digital format and downloaded are non-returnable.
